QUOTATIONS
Written quotations remain valid for 15 days after dispatch unless otherwise stated. After commencement of the work, changes to the original work are advised by the Client. In this circumstance, an additional fee will be discussed and agreed with the Client before continuing with the work.
If the Client is happy with the provided quote and wants to go ahead with the translation, the Client must send an email to confirm and accept terms & conditions of Dr. Vinh Van Dinh. After receiving the confirmation from the Client, Dr. Vinh Van Dinh then proceeds to translate relevant documents of the Client.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Fees are in AUD and include GST. We shall invoice the Client for all appropriate taxes and expenses for which we are likely to collect. The Client shall be liable to pay penalties or interest on such taxes which are payable as a result of the Client’s delay in paying such taxes.
WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY? HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE CONTENTS OF MY DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE ELSE?

MY LAWYERS REQUESTED THAT I GET A CERTIFIED TRANSLATION OF MY DOCUMENT?
Lawyers often ask that translations for court submission or personal documents such as qualifications, academic transcripts, birth and marriage certificates be certified. All translated documents from our company are certified by our Vietnamese professional translators – at least NAATI Level 3 (Vietnamese < — > English)
